Industrial Wastewater

Industrial wastewater is water that has been contaminated by human intervention and industrial activities. Although the trend in developed countries is to minimize the waste or recycle it within production process, but there is still huge amount of industrial wastewater being produced in developing and underdeveloped countries. It creates the need of Industrial wastewater recycling and treatment plants. Industries which produce most of the wastewater include agriculture, iron and steel industry, mine and queries industry, food industry, chemical industry, cleaning and washing industry, and nuclear industry.

Industrial wastewater typically contains the contaminants such as solids, oil and greases, soft and hard organics, acids and alkalis, gases, metals, and toxic contaminants.

Corodex has custom engineered a large number of Industrial wastewater treatment plants for various different industrial applications. Treatment processes include but not limited to pre screening, coagulation, flocculation, filtration, chemical dosing, degasification, oil and grease removal, aerobic and anaerobic treatment.

EFLO International, sister company of Corodex Industries, has developed different technologies to treat different types of industrial wastewater. It includes EFLO DAF, EFLO SEP, EFLO EC, and EFLO Grey.
